Not necessarily! For the mock-up, we just need to understand your business. If you have existing branding (logo, colors), existing content, or examples of sites you like, that's helpful but not required. We can work with what you have or start from scratch.
Absolutely not! That's the beauty of our model. Zero upfront costs. Your first monthly payment is only charged after your site goes live and you're 100% satisfied. Everything is included in the monthly fee: hosting, SSL, maintenance, and support.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. Many clients start with the Starter or Pro plan and upgrade as their business grows.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No exit fees, no penalties. Your site will remain live until the end of your billing period. If you want to take your site elsewhere, we can help you migrate it (migration fees apply depending on complexity).

No problem at all! The mock-up is completely free with no obligation. If you don't love it, you can walk away with zero cost. If you like the direction but want changes, we offer one round of revisions on the mock-up before you commit.
Yes, but we make it easy. You'll need to provide text content, images, and any specific information about your business. We'll give you a simple content checklist at the start of the project. Don't have content? We offer copywriting services as an add-on.
Absolutely! Every site we build is fully responsive and optimized for all devices—desktop, tablet, and mobile. With over 60% of web traffic coming from mobile devices, this is essential. We test on multiple devices and screen sizes before launch.
Monthly edits include text changes, image updates, adding blog posts, adding new team members, updating contact information, and minor style adjustments. New page creation, major redesigns, or custom development are quoted separately. Additional edit time is available at $75/hour.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours, often much faster. Boss plan clients get priority support with faster response times. For urgent issues, you can always call us directly.
While we handle all edits as part of your subscription (so you don't have to worry about breaking anything), we can set up a CMS if you prefer to manage content yourself. This is available upon request at no extra charge for Pro plans and above.
